Recent Changes dates reflect when each change was committed, not when it actually reached production — release to production may lag as it rolls through our int → uat → production pipeline.

Getting Started

Create an API credential and pick the endpoint(s) it covers.
Choose the API that meets your needs from the table above.
Each API's own docs page links to its interactive Swagger UI, where you can try requests directly with your credential.

Response Format

Most endpoints return JSON responses with a consistent structure (ticket attachment downloads are the exception, returning the file's raw content):

limit: items per page (default 100, max varies by endpoint)
offset: pagination offset (default 0)
total_count: total results available

Most list endpoints also accept JSON-encoded, URL-encoded filters and sorts parameters -- see each API's own docs page for the fields it supports.

HTTP Status Codes

Code	Meaning	Action
`200`	Success	Request completed successfully
`400`	Bad Request	Check request format and parameters
`401`	Unauthorized	Verify your credential is valid and active
`403`	Forbidden	Credential lacks permissions for this endpoint
`404`	Not Found	Check URL spelling and endpoint path
`500`	Server Error	Retry after a short delay
